These terms govern the use of the EmilyMedicare website and every form, page and message made available through it. Visiting the site, browsing its pages or submitting a form counts as acceptance of everything written here. Anyone who does not accept these terms should stop using the site.

The site is intended for residents of the United States who are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement. Use of the site on behalf of another person requires that person's permission. Access from outside the United States is not supported and the information published here may not apply elsewhere.

EmilyMedicare publishes general reading about Medicare coverage and offers a way to request a plan review. Explanations cover how Original Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement policies and prescription drug plans are structured, along with the timing that surrounds enrollment.

Everything published is written for general understanding. Plan availability, benefits, premiums and covered drug lists are set by the insurers and government programs that issue them, and those details can change without notice on this site.

Several things fall outside the purpose of this website:

• No medical, legal, tax or financial advice is given here
• No insurance policy is issued, underwritten or bound through this site
• No claim decision is made or influenced by anything published here
• No guarantee is made that a particular plan will accept an application
• No endorsement by any government agency or program should be assumed

An account may be created to request a plan review. The person creating it is responsible for the accuracy of the details entered and for keeping the password private. Any activity carried out under an account is treated as the account holder's activity. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported using the contact details published on this site.

Accounts may be suspended or removed where information appears false, where use of the site breaks these terms, or where an account has been dormant for an extended period.

Details submitted through the signup, contact or password forms are used to answer the request they accompany. Submissions should be truthful and complete. Sensitive medical records, financial account numbers and identification numbers should never be entered into the free text areas of these forms.

Handling of submitted details is described in the Privacy Notice, which forms part of these terms.

Where consent has been given, EmilyMedicare may send text messages and email about a submitted request, including plan information, coverage updates, enrollment reminders and follow ups. Marketing messages are sent only where that separate permission has been granted. Frequency of messages can vary, and standard message and data rates can apply.

Text messages can be stopped at any time by replying STOP, and support can be requested by replying HELP. Email lists can be left through the unsubscribe link carried in each message. Consent is never a condition of receiving information from this site.

The site must be used lawfully and without interference. The following are not permitted:

• Submitting another person's details without their permission
• Attempting to access accounts, systems or data belonging to others
• Copying, scraping or republishing site content for commercial gain
• Uploading anything harmful, misleading or unlawful through a form
• Interfering with the operation, security or availability of the site

The wording, layout, images, structure and branding of this site belong to EmilyMedicare unless stated otherwise. Personal reading and printing for private reference are welcome. Republishing, redistributing or adapting the material for other purposes requires written permission first.

Some pages point to plan documents, government resources or insurer websites for convenience. Those destinations are run by other organizations under their own terms and privacy practices. EmilyMedicare has no control over their content and takes no responsibility for what appears there.

The site is offered as it stands and as it happens to be available. Pages may be updated, moved, paused for maintenance or withdrawn at any time. No promise is made that access will be uninterrupted, that every page will be free of error, or that a browser or device will display everything as intended.

To the fullest extent the law allows, EmilyMedicare is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this site or from reliance on anything published on it. This includes lost savings, missed enrollment opportunities, plan costs and any outcome connected to a coverage decision. Nothing in these terms removes a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Anyone who uses the site in a way that breaks these terms or the law agrees to cover the reasonable costs, claims and losses that follow from that use, including legal fees. This responsibility continues after an account is closed or use of the site ends.

These terms are read under the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be settled directly will be handled in the state or federal courts serving that location, and use of this site means agreeing to their jurisdiction.

These terms may be revised as the site or the law changes. The revised version applies from the moment it appears on this page, and the date shown at the top marks the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a revision counts as acceptance of it. Reviewing this page from time to time is worthwhile.
